Travel fees are only charged when your location is more than 40kms from our Mardi studio. Travel fees are charged per stylist.


Terms and Conditions
 
Please take note of the following terms and conditions and read them carefully. By paying the deposit you agree to be bound by our terms and conditions.

Deposit
A non-refundable deposit of $50.00 per stylist is required to secure your day. Due to the amount of enquiries we get, bookings cannot be taken or held without a deposit. This deposit is non-refundable if you cancel your booking. The deposit is deducted from the balance on the day. The balance must be paid on or before the day. Payments on the day can only be paid in cash.
 
Parking
If we are coming to an area where parking is restricted then a parking space must be arranged and any fees for this are the responsibility of the client. Please arrange this in advance to avoid wasting time on the day.
 
Pricing
All prices are per person and are subject to change unless a final quote has been given and a deposit paid.

Trials
Clients are required to pay the full cost of the trial on the day.

Refunds
We do not offer refunds for any completed services. Therefore if you are in any way dissatisfied, the onus is on you to discuss any changes with us during the service.

Cancellations
You are asked to kindly give a minimum of 48 hours notice if you wish to cancel or change a trial appointment.
 
Cancellation of a wedding day must be given in writing by e-mail. Text messages or messages via facebook are not accepted for cancellations. Your deposit of $50.00 per stylist is non-refundable.

Extra people wanting make-up or hair styling
Any additional people requiring makeup or hair styling on the day that have not been included in the booking, can be accommodated providing there is time. Payment must be made in cash on the day.

Photos
To assist with future hairstyle and make-up looks and for advertising and promotional purposes, we may choose to take photos prior, during and upon completion of any styles and looks we create. As well as adding to our portfolio, these photos may be displayed publicly (website, social media, business cards etc) If you are uncomfortable with this and would rather your images not be used, please advise us ahead of time, otherwise it is presumed that you agree for us to use your images as we see fit.

Other
We are not, under any circumstances, responsible for any allergic reactions to products used. The onus is on the client to notify us if you have sensitive skin or have any known allergies.
 
In the rare event that we should be unable to fulfill your booking due to illness or personal circumstances, we reserve the right to cancel, refer or transfer your booking at any point to another reputable and competent make-up artist or hairstylist. Your deposit and any payments you have already made will either be fully refunded to you or forwarded to the make-up artist or hairstylist taking over the booking.
